Effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills are valuable in the workplace. Good communication skills go beyond conversations, but employees must know how to communicate well in written reports and emails. Understanding the benefits of effective communication helps companies place a focus on developing a workforce that is able to communicate within the firm and with customers, vendors and international business partners.


For this reason Ericsson RMEA has launched a communications-training program across all 22 countries.  However to do so effectively they turned to us for support in developing the campaigns identity and communication tools.


Our inspiration came from the Disney Animated movie Inside out including the name.  During our research we were able to identity 5 types of communicators at Ericsson and to represent them we gave them each their own identity as well as their own character. 


The campaign will be launched with a video, web banners, blog post and a PPT presentation asking the Ericsson employees "What type of communicator are you?".
