With a flourishing population of around 355 million, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) is an incredibly dynamic talent market with a young population eager to express themselves online and in Arabic. As a native Arabic speaker (although maybe not so young), I have experienced firsthand the growing maturity of the Arabic media landscape—whether that is driven from local Internet-based startups or global players entering the market.
Having recently celebrated the first anniversary of launching LinkedIn in Arabic, we're grateful to say that we as a company have made meaningful steps towards that much-anticipated future.
To celebrate this anniversary, CRINEL launched the first ever-digital campaign for LinkedIn across the MENA region. The video is a culmination of weeks of preparation that started with us coming up with the creative concept, writing the script, building all the prop's and finally shooting and editing the final version. The campaign was built in Arabic to celebrate the growing demand for Arabic platforms but we also included an English version to celebrate the diversity of LinkedIn.
