When Pepsi wanted to launch the companies new vision and strategy, inviting 800 executives, they approached CRINEL to support in visualising this vision and applying it across all their communication material as well as working to come up with the theme and manage the production of the event.  The theme for the event revolved around being #1 which was inline with the new PepsiCo strategy and to bring this to life we created a soccer theme with a stadium, goals and the GM in the middle addressing all employees sitting in the stands.  

To capture what employees wanted PepsiCo to be before they were introduced to the new strategy, we interviewed them before the event started, edited the video on site and presented it at the end of the event.  To everyone's surprise, all employees were already aligned with the new #1 strategy.
